List of shareholders

According to the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan professional participants of the securities market, having license to implement professional activities in the securities market, and international financial organizations can be shareholders of the Central Securities Depository.

As of January 1, 2023, the shareholders of the Central Securities Depository are the National Bank of Kazakhstan, Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC, 8 second-tier banks, 4 brokers.
